How to return an item

- We will send you return instructions and arrange collection or a free returns label.
- Once we receive and check the item, we issue your refund within 14 days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Your statutory rights (UK)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Right of withdrawal (customers in Germany and Austria)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. Where several goods are ordered in one order and delivered separately, the period expires fourteen days after you take possession of the last item.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earliest. We will collect the goods at our own expense; you do not bear the cost of returning them. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Our 30-day free returns policy applies in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory right of withdrawal.
